OUR PROCESS:

We start with a thorough inspection of your property to understand where the bed bugs are hiding and where their nests are. Once complete, we’ll help you decide which of our APVMA approved treatments will best suit your needs and eliminate the bed bugs. Finally, we’ll advise on how to prevent them from returning.

Please note: due to the breeding cycle of bed bugs, a minimum of 3 treatments is recommended

One day before treatment

We recommend removing items from skirting edges, as well as emptying all wardrobes of clothing and other stored items. It is also necessary to wash clothing, bedding and curtains in hot water (60˚+) or place dry clothes, bedding and curtains in the dryer for 30 minutes on high heat.

TREATMENT OPTIONS

Residual Spray

Applied as a fine mist, it works by eliminating the bed bugs as they come into contact with the treated surfaces. We’ll target bed bug hiding spots such as, floor surfaces, edges, cracks and joints in walls. As well as, furniture and fixtures, bed heads, bed frames and mattresses.

DUST

Is perfect for getting into the areas where bed bugs hide. We’ll apply it in areas such as power points.

WAYS TO PROTECT YOUR HOME

• thoroughly check second-hand furniture before bringing it into your home;
• use a protective cover for mattresses and box springs;
• reduce clutter;
• cover power outlets;
• be vigilant when using shared laundry facilities:
  • transport laundry in a bag;
  • use a new laundry bag after washing if you currently have an infestation;
  • bring your laundry home to fold it.
